H.B. London reports that The U.S. Department of Justice issued a legal brief recently that states churches have a right to rent buildings owned by public school districts on the same terms and conditions as other community groups, according to onenewsnow.com. This is the second legal brief that has been filed in favor of the Bronx Household of Faith – a church that has been trying to rent space from the New York City Board of Education. In spite of the many court rulings in favor of the church, the school board continues to place unconstitutional restrictions on religious groups wanting to meet in public buildings. This latest brief may help bring an end to the case.  Good news for church planting!
