Serving – The above depicts three church plants coming together to serve the homeless, breakfast, in downtown Chattanooga. It’s a part of the Origin core, to say the least. We are scheduling service and outreach projects every month in some capacity. YOU have made this happen!
Life-Change Stories – We continue to hear great stories of people attending Origin. “We had not been in church in four years until we found Origin.” ”I didn’t grow up in church; just mainly Easter and Christmas. I’m learning; I’m just beginning to read the Bible.” ”I made a bad choice and my wife divorced me; I came to Chattanooga…found Origin Church…I feel accepted as I am.” All of these stories came directly from our own Origin people.
Essentials – We are in the middle of a series that answers the question: “Now that I’m a believer, what do I do next?” It was our first message on what generosity in God’s world means. Pray it makes a difference! We will give you the second answer THIS SUNDAY!
Grand Opening – We are coming this fall with a HUGE Grand Opening celebration for Origin Church, September 13. We have set as a goal to send a personal invitation/direct mail piece to 100,000 homes. We plan to upgrade all our Kids Ministry environments! Exciting stuff! We need to raise $15,000 by the end of August. If you would like to help us, we’ve tried to make it easy. You can give online or via snail mail. YOU are making a difference!
