As adults, we often get comfortable in our faith and rely on the same cycle of relationship we’ve had with God all these years, which is not all bad. Our children come along, and as they grow up, you begin to notice their faith and their observations about God begin to come out, and you are challenged all over again to believe God! It’s a refresher to our faith and a motivation because of their somewhat newer relationship with Christ and because of their young age. They have fresh perceptions, relativity, and relevance, which ulitmately spurs us adults on. That’s why it’s so imperative as pastors that as we age, we should bring onto our team, young leaders.
*By the way, notice it’s snowing here on the blog. Pretty cool!
